Common questions
Do I own my website and domain?
Yes. Your website is yours, and after 12 months your domain is too. If you ever leave after that, you take them both with you.
What's the 12-month minimum about?
We invest real expert time in building and launching your site, so we ask for a 12-month commitment. After that, it's monthly and you can cancel with notice.
How long until my site is live?
Complete your brief and we'll launch within 3–5 working days. Most customers are live within a week of signing up.
What if I don't like it?
Your expert will make changes until you're happy. If there's something specific you want, just ask — that's what they're there for.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. We'll point it for you. Or we'll register a new one — it's included free.
What happens to my site if I cancel?
After your 12-month term, you can cancel with notice. Your site and domain stay yours.
